The use of this Web Portal heraklion360.eu (DR portal) is subject to the terms set out below. The use of the portal is a presumption that the visitor-user has studied, understood and accepted all the terms of use of the portal. In the event that the visitor – the user does not agree with the terms of use of this, he or she must not use the services and content of the portal.

Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright)
All the content of the portal, except for the explicitly mentioned exceptions (copyrights of third parties) which – indicatively – include texts, graphics, images, photos, drawings, videos, sounds, etc., (DR content) is protected copyright, registered trademarks and service marks of the Municipality Heraklion and, as the case may be, the Greek State and is protected by applicable national, Community and international law.
The Municipality of Heraklion retains all copyrights as well as property titles regarding the content, all copies created based on it, as well as all copyrights and other property rights related to it.
The content of the portal is available to its visitors/users for personal use. The content is subject to change without notice at the discretion of the portal administrator. Once the terms of use are accepted, non-commercial use and reproduction, in whole or in part, is permitted, provided that the reproduced product is subsequently freely available via the Internet or other suitable medium and is accompanied by a clear and distinct reference to its source. Any other use requires the express written permission of the copyright owner or proprietor.
The other products or services mentioned in the web pages of this portal and bear the marks of the respective organizations, companies, associates, associations or publications, are their own intellectual and industrial property and therefore these bodies bear the relevant responsibility.

Similarly, the Municipality of Heraklion does not guarantee that the portal or any other related website or the servers through which the content is made available to visitors/users are provided without “viruses” or other harmful components. The cost of any corrections or services is borne by the visitor/user and in no case the Municipality of Heraklion.

Applicable law and other terms
The above terms and conditions of use of the portal, as well as any modification, change or alteration, are governed by and supplemented by national law, Community law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above terms that is found to be contrary to the above legal framework or becomes invalid automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from here, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes the entire agreement between the administrator of the portal and the visitor/user of its pages and services and binds only them. Modification of these terms will not be considered and will not form part of this agreement unless it has been formulated in writing and incorporated into it.
